Job overview
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in training and skills development. The post holder will work closely with the Group HR Director and lead the design and implementation of a Group-wide training matrix, identifying key areas for upskilling and future capability development.
The postholder will identify skills gaps and development needs across the Group and engage with external providers to design and deliver relevant training programmes. They will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to analyse performance data, employee feedback, and establish close collaboration with managers across the Group.
This role is for 5 days a week, 37.5 hours on a Term Time plus basis of 35 weeks a year. FTE Salary is £40,000.00.
