Acute Diabetic Foot Podiatrist - Band 6/7 - Oxford
1. Job Title: Acute Diabetic Foot Podiatrist
2. Location: Oxford
3. Duration: 3-6 months
4. Schedule: Monday to Friday (anything between 2 and 5 days per week)
5. Start Date: July 2024
6. Rate of pay: £30-32 p/h
Responsibilities
7. Conducting thorough autonomous assessments of patients' health conditions.
8. Formulating and implementing care plans.
9. Providing treatment as necessary.
10. Using evidence-base practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
11. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
12. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date podiatry records in line with professional standards.
13. Staying current with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
Requirements and qualifications required for this role:
14. Current and valid registration in the UK with the HCPC as a Podiatrist
15. Previous experience as a podiatrist either in the UK or overseas
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
18. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Working hours and contract duration:
This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday, but hours can be flexible.
