We are known for providing impartial advice and ongoing support to ensure our clients receive top-quality service.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will perform workplace Alcohol and Drug testing as directed by the Client Service Team, while also assisting in developing a proactive service to Hampton Knight and its clients to ensure an effective and competent service.
Main Objectives
The Duties (Non-exhaustive) include:
1. Carrying out alcohol and drug testing using the relevant paperwork and equipment, including alcohol testing, urine or oral fluid drug testing, onsite drug testing, or laboratory drug testing following strict Chain of Custody procedures.
2. Conducting alcohol and drug testing in accordance with Company and Network Rail standards.
3. Attending various client sites for scheduled and unscheduled testing.
4. Ensuring arrival at client sites within a two-hour window when activated for a call-out.
5. Providing weekly availability to the administration team; note that callouts may be at short notice, requiring flexibility.
6. Accurately collecting information and completing protocols and paperwork.
7. Supporting process improvements within the Client Services Team where applicable.
8. Promoting Hampton Knight positively.
9. Maintaining a professional manner when interacting with clients.
Requirements for This Role
1. No prior experience in the alcohol and drug industry is necessary, as full training will be provided.
2. Full Driving License.
