Overview
You will work supporting the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and the Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) team to provide key administrative and project support. This role will ensure that project activities are well-organised, deadlines are met, and documentation is accurate and up to date. The Project Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the teams and maintaining effective service delivery across the Operations and EPRR departments.
Responsibilities
* Provide essential administrative, coordination and support functions to the EPRR and Operations teams to enable successful delivery of its functions.
* Assist with project activities, ensuring they are well-organised, deadlines are met and documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Support teams across the Organisation with flexible administrative and project support as required and maintain effective service delivery.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Flexible approach to administrative and project support with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, enthusiastic, and team‑oriented mindset.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to conflicting deadlines.
* Experience or ability to work across the Organisation and liaise with multiple departments.
* Reference to qualification, training and experience requirements as outlined in the Job Description/Person Specification (as applicable).
