Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for ensuring operational excellence in healthcare? Join the London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWUH) in the role of Dermatology Service Delivery Manager.
This pivotal role involves overseeing the seamless delivery of healthcare services, leading cross-functional teams within the Dermatology Department, and strategically planning initiatives to meet the trust's healthcare goals.
The post holder is on-site to ensure visibility on all three sites.
Responsibilities
* Support the effective and efficient operational management of the Dermatology services across all sites, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care services and effective use of resources.
* Work with the clinical team to manage day-to-day operational issues and meet operational targets within Dermatology.
* Coordinate the team, manage budgets (including income), contracts, and agreed performance objectives.
* Collaborate with clinical leads and APC stakeholders on business planning and the development and continuous improvement of patient care processes.
