About the role
As lead content designer, you manage the design and creation of content across the Crown Prosecution Service, ensuring it is consistent, inclusive, and accessible. You develop content strategies that align with user needs, organisational goals, and the wider government digital agenda. You mentor content designers, helping build and enhance content design capability within the organisation.
About you
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience leading content design across complex services and organisations. A strong understanding of the Government Design Principles and evidence-based approaches to content strategy is essential.
