Seeking capable and qualified Management Accountant is required to support strategic and operational decision-making by delivering timely and accurate monthly financial information at both entity and group consolidation levels. The role focuses on ensuring robust financial controls and efficient reporting processes to minimise the risk of errors and improve business insight. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate monthly management accounts in line with internal reporting timetables. Maintain and enhance financial processes and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage month-end close activities, including journals, accruals, and prepayments. Produce and review consolidated balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy through collaboration with key stakeholders. Assist with the preparation and delivery of statutory accounts and external audit requirements. Work closely with department heads to provide financial support and challenge business assumptions. Monitor actuals against budget and forecast, highlighting key variances and opportunities. Act as a finance business partner to internal stakeholders, promoting financial understanding and accountability. Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Conduct ad hoc reconciliations and analysis as needed.
