About the Role: As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in building our client's presence in small and medium-sized cities. Your mission? To launch, grow, and maintain a robust supply of drivers in 10 cities across Ireland, including Belfast. You'll be the eyes and ears in the field, ensuring that supply meets demand in these exciting new markets. What You Will Do: Participate in market visits to grow the top of the funnel for driver supply. Conduct engaging info sessions with current and prospective drivers, showcasing the value of our client's offerings. Execute outbound call campaigns to connect with new and existing drivers. Manage interactions with drivers to understand their needs, concerns, and goals-pitching our client as the ideal solution. Support drivers through the sign-up process, ensuring they're ready to hit the road quickly! Act as the voice of the customer, channelling insights back to the Operations team. Manage partnerships that will help scale supply and demand in new city launches. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the driver experience across the Irish market. What You Will Need: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or client-facing role. Highly self-motivated and autonomous; you know your goals and how to achieve them without constant supervision. Action-oriented mindset; you tackle problems head-on! A people person who thrives on engaging conversations and excitement. Adaptability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
