Outside Sales Representative | Residential Division - Luxury Furnishings & Textiles | Greater Boston
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced Outside Sales Representative with luxury residential industry experience to join a collaborative team. We seek a Residential Outside Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Boston and play a key role in expanding their presence in the residential luxury furnishings market. You will leverage your business development, client management, and sales expertise to develop current relationships with clients and expand to new businesses in the residential luxury furnishings market. The role may require travel to clients, conferences, networking events, and other activities within the Greater Boston territory.

Responsibilities
* Network Development: Build and nurture relationships within the luxury market, identifying key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
* Brand Representation: Represent the brand with pride and embody the company’s quality and aesthetics in every interaction.
* Strategic Time Allocation: Prioritize opportunities and manage time to achieve business development goals.
* Team Collaboration: Work with a high-functioning team to produce and deliver world-class products.
* Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments; provide insights to inform strategy.
* Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of outside sales/business development experience.
* Proven success in business development within the luxury residential market.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
* Ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and allocate resources effectively.
* Willingness to travel to clients, events, conferences, etc. as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
* Annual Salary + Commissions + Bonus Potential + Benefits
