It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
The contracted hours will be scheduled within the advertised availability windows, and you will have 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We are open to flexible options if your available times are close to the advertised ones.

You will be responsible for
* Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; delivering great service
* Being knowledgeable about the products and services in the store
* Working across service, picking and replenishment areas as required
* Applying training to work safely, effectively and with customer focus
* Making decisions that meet customer needs and align with store routines
* Participating in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere
* Understanding store performance and your role in driving service, sales, waste reduction and profitability
* Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition
* Representing the brand and following policies
* Occasionally accepting deliveries into the store
You will need
* A passion for delivering great service and greeting customers
* The ability to build rapport and leave customers with a positive shopping experience
