Private Equity Lawyer – Elite US Law Firm – 6-7 PQE
We are instructed by an elite US law firm that is seeking to appoint a Private Equity associate with circa 6-7 years’ PQE.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the City’s leading Corporate practices. The role will focus on domestic and global financial sponsor transactions.
We would like to see applications from Private Equity lawyers who have upwards of five years’ experience which must include drafting and negotiating locked box and completion accounts SPAs, management incentive documents (including leaver terms) and shareholders' agreements, alongside NDAs, engagement letters, disclosure letters, diligence reports and other ancillary documents. We would expect the successful candidate to have some experience of the structuring of financial sponsor transactions and reviewing and commenting on funds flows.
We welcome applications from both England & Wales qualified lawyers, and, lawyers who have comparable experience gained in common law jurisdictions.
