Our client based in Stokenchurch requires a temporary to start within their customer service department as soon as possible. The position is looking to be made permanent in 3-6 months due to an internal progression. The role will be 100% office based and full time hours. We are looking for someone who is happy to support internal and field based account managers with administration. Key duties include: Answering inbound calls and emails from account managers Del with general customer enquiries daily Complete orders Create quotations using bespoke internal system Book collections Complete online bookings Provide data to account managers Key requirements: Posses administration experience Professional telephone manner Good interpersonal skills and experiences Good understanding of Microsoft suite Excellent customer service awareness The benefits of being a temporary worker through Bucks & Berks Recruitment: A friendly and supportive temps' team; we are here to answer any questions and support you in your role.
