Key Responsibilities
* Greet and serve customers, being polite, patient and helpful from the moment they enter the branch
* Work on SOP system and handle customers transactions
* Work to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures inline with business goals and objectives
* Work collaboratively with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and deliver a customer first culture
* Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures
* Keep the branch clean, tidy, well presented and re-stocked
* Assist the Branch Manager with obtaining and maintaining customer relationships
Skills And Experience
* A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service
* Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position
* Have an interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry
* Good communication skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
* Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve
* Knowledge of SOP systems
* To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets
