We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join Collabour Biz, a leading Public Relations company based in Birmingham. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors, reflecting our company's professionalism and values. You will be involved in a variety of projects and tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
* Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
* Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
* Coordinate meetings and conferences, including room reservations and catering arrangements
* Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
* Handle inquiries and requests from clients and employees
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
