Main Purpose of the Job
To deliver outstanding, patient-centred care to individuals with benign urological conditions. You will take responsibility for managing Urology patients, leading independent nurse-led clinics, and providing specialist advice to colleagues, patients, and their families.
Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload of Urology patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality care.
* Run independent nurse-led clinics, showcasing clinical expertise and autonomy.
* Offer specialist Urological nursing advice to Trust staff, patients, and relatives, guiding them through treatment options and care plans.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the Trust to ensure seamless, effective care for every patient.
