Summary
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our dynamic team at Freespirit Pubs in the UK. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
* Supervise and train staff to uphold high standards of hospitality
* Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality
* Coordinate events and special functions with attention to detail
* Maintain inventory and manage stock levels effectively
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration
* Engage with guests to enhance their experience and gather feedback
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
* Strong skills in food preparation and culinary arts
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
* Previous restaurant or pub experience is preferred
* Exceptional communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
* Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences
