We are looking for a Swimming Teacher to join our team
Here at Mighty Splash Swim School we are super proud of where we have come in the last decade. We are completely customer focused, providing an environment where swimmers of all ages and abilities can come and build on their swimming skills. What we do is fun We play games and we create under-water adventures - whilst underlining this with the principles to improve technique and confidence of future swimmers.
As a Swimming Teacher, we will support your development We will put you through CPD Swimming Teacher courses to help you in boosting your skills. You will get monthly training in emergency first aid and lifeguarding - we will help you to achieve lifeguard qualifications if you don't have them already AND you'll also get a special, cosy uniform to keep you warm when teaching in the water
So what do we need from you as a Swimming Teacher?
* Level 2 Swim England Swimming Teacher Qualification (or STA equivalent)
* NRASTC or NPLQ lifeguard qualification
* Knowledge of health and safety
* Proactive in dealing with parents and any enquiries, keep track of swimmer progress
