We’re looking for a Senior IT Delivery / Service Manager to lead service operations and delivery across a managed service and agile squad. You’ll ensure stable, high‑quality services while driving a prioritised project backlog, strong governance, RAID management, and commercial control.
What you’ll do
* Lead service delivery for a managed service, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
* Ensures project are delivered on time, to required standard and within budget
* Oversee delivery of a prioritised project backlog, working with the Product Owner to ensure features are delivered to time, quality, and business value.
* Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) across services and projects, ensuring clear ownership and timely mitigation.
* Handle scope‑related conflicts by aligning stakeholders, clarifying priorities, and ensuring decisions support agreed delivery outcomes
* Support project governance through structured review meetings, transparent reporting, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
* Manage project commercials, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor spend, and commercial risks.
* Drive incident, problem, and change management to maintain service stability.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and other squads to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
What you’ll bring
* Proven project‑management experience across agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
* Strong background in IT service management within a managed service environment.
* Experience in delivery leadership, backlog management, and cross‑functional coordination.
* Solid understanding of RAID management, project governance, financial tracking, and commercial processes.
* Confident conflict‑management skills, especially around scope, prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
