🚨NAM – Grocery🚨

📍 3 days per week in London

💸£50–60k + 20% bonus + EMI


We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting challenger brands in natural nutrition. This is a high growth FMCG business redefining the energy bar category with all natural innovation and a powerful social purpose. They’ve built an incredible community around fuelling adventure and creating impact, and they’re looking for a brilliant National Account Manager to help take the brand to new heights.


What you’ll be doing

✨ Manage and grow key grocery accounts including Co-op, Waitrose, Ocado and Asda, delivering ambitious growth plans

🚀 Lead new business opportunities, landing NPD, securing new listings and delivering impactful activations

📊 Own the P&L, promotions and annual JBPs to ensure profitable, sustainable growth

🤝 Build brilliant relationships with buyers and partners, making sure they love working with the brand

💡 Bring data-led insight and creative energy to every conversation, collaborating closely with marketing and category


What they’re looking for

🌱 Minimum two years in FMCG account management, ideally with a high growth or start-up brand

🔥 A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment

🧠 Strong commercial acumen and experience leading JBP discussions

💬 Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder

❤️ Passion for brands with a mission and genuine social impact
