Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Non-profit Management, Business Administration or related fields.
Professional certifications are an advantage:
* Grant Management Certificate
* Project Management
* Financial or Compliance certifications
Professional Experience
* At least 2 years in grant management.
* Proven experience in managing government, foundation, or corporate-funded grants.
* Experience working with community-based organisations or social enterprise.
* Familiarity with grant life cycles: application, assessment, disbursement, monitoring, reporting, closure.
* Compliance & regulatory awareness.
IT & Systems
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; data management tools.
Communication & Reporting Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Presentation skills for committees and Board.
* Documentation and record-keeping.
Personal Attributes
* High level of integrity and accountability.
* Organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to manage multi-grants and deadlines simultaneously.
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Salary
Salary range (depending on qualifications and work experience): $3500 to $5000
