As a Host/ Hostess, you will be responsible for: Welcoming guests to the restaurant and escorting them to their table with seamless efficiency, leaving a positive lasting impression Creating genuine emotional bonds with guests to build loyalty and exceptional service experiences Answering telephone calls, making reservations, and managing bookings Liaising with our Reservations and Front Office teams for bookings Coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef for special requests, menus, and assisting other colleagues throughout service. Bring experience managing entrances or guest flows for bars, nightclubs, or similar high-energy venues. What are we looking for?
