Salary: £31,917 to £32,540 per annum

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily needs of our young people, including their domestic needs, education, socialisation skills, and therapeutic activities. You will work closely with the rest of the team to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and development of our young people.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a children's residential care home, a Level 3 diploma in residential childcare, and a full driving licence issued in the UK. You must also have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate values that align with ours, such as taking a therapeutic approach to childcare, and have a strong commitment to promoting equal opportunities for all.
