We’re looking for passionate people to join our Guest Services Team working on our on resort Receptions and Call Centre.
\n
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us. Looking after guests during their arrival experience in our drive through check-in booths and also problem-solving guest queries on the phone and via our in-house computerised live chat system will keep you busy every part of your shift.
You will liaise with our facilities, accommodation and wider resort teams to ensure our guests have the very best experience possible using a variety of communication methods, predominantly using our in-house systems, phone and radio.

Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.
Typical working hours for this permanent full-time role cover full time 35 hours a week with shifts between 9am - 9pm on Monday and Fridays working in both parts of the role and a variety of shifts between 8am - 7pm on all other days.
