Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a solid background in office management, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. This role requires exceptional communication and organisational abilities, as well as experience in managing teams and various office tasks.
Duties
* Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support.
* Oversee schedule management, ensuring efficient use of time for staff and resources.
* Supervise office staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
* Assist in budgeting processes to ensure financial efficiency within the office.
* Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and other activities to foster team collaboration.
* Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and customer inquiries.
* Implement effective filing systems for easy access to important documents.
* Support human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
* Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management,
* Proficiency in QOF, EMIS web, docman, teamnet and other relevant software is preferred.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
* Familiarity with medical office management.
* Experience in event planning and calendar management is highly desirable.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
