Established in 2010, they have experienced remarkable growth, now operating from key locations in London, Newcastle, Singapore, and Miami. Main Responsibilities:

Manage the reception area and meeting rooms, welcome visitors and answer incoming calls.


Key Tasks:

* Greet clients, visitors, and members of staff in a professional, welcoming and efficient manner.
* Answer incoming calls and transfer to relevant people.
* Take ownership of the reception (and other social/communal areas) – including ensuring these areas are kept tidy and well stocked at all times.
* Receive deliveries and distribute as necessary.
* Book and maintain diaries for meeting rooms.
* Organise and prepare lunches/refreshments for meetings and training.
* Maintain/stock check of all supplies for kitchen and stationery.
* General admin duties to assist office manager and other support staff.


Specific Responsibilities:

You will be reporting to the Office Manager and the HR Directors.


As a receptionist, you will need to have:

* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Excellent interpersonal skills to enable effective and efficient communication with clients/visitors and individuals at all levels in the organisation.
* Excellent IT skills
* Ability to work independently and using initiative.
