📍 Near Knutsford / Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 remote)
💰 £50,000 – £90,000 + bonus + comprehensive package

The Role
As an AI Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions across a range of business-critical platforms. You’ll work in a collaborative; forward-thinking engineering team focused on leveraging cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI and agent-based systems.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong software engineering background with experience in modern architectures (e.g. microservices, distributed systems)
* Hands-on experience with containerisation (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
* Proven interest and practical exposure to Generative AI and agentic frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI)
* Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions end-to-end (from concept through to production)
* Commercial experience with AWS and/or Azure, including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)
* Relevant cloud certifications (AWS or Azure) are highly desirable
* A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge convention and drive innovation
Desirable Skills
* Proficiency in Python and/or Java
* Experience with AWS Bedrock and related AI/ML services
* Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
* A true engineering mindset with a passion for building scalable, robust systems
