Main duties of the job As an Operational and Clinical Team Manager, you willlead and support teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental healthinterventions across schools and community settings. You will be responsiblefor the day-to-day operational management of the service, while also providingclinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to practitioners andsupervisors.
