Job Opportunity: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Paddington, London

Compensation: £27,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for ambitious, articulate individuals to join our high-performance sales team and engage directly with C-Suite executives worldwide.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind our commercial engine. This is a high-impact role where your results are visible, valued, and directly rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

* Outreach & Prospecting: Generate new business opportunities by communicating directly with senior executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through targeted outbound prospecting.
* Market Research: Conduct detailed account research to tailor your outreach and messaging.
* Relationship Building: Develop long-term business relationships with high-level decision-makers.
* Performance Tracking: Consistently track progress against clear KPIs and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the wider sales team to refine strategy and contribute to a driven, team-first culture.
