FINE DETAIL ASSEMBLY WORK: My client in Foundry Lane, Horsham requires a Production Worker to help on their assembly line, on a rolling contract basis. Monday - Friday, 2 shifts available. Either 6:30am - 2:30pm or 1:30pm - 9pm. £12.21 per hour PAYE, rising to £12.65 per hour after 12 weeks' work. You will: Mount electrical components directly on to PCBs (Printed circuit boards). Manually assemble their products by following on screen and written instructions. Use hand and/or power tools to assemble units. Work to tight timelines. Use ATE (Automated test equipment) to test finished units - recording data to Access database. Quality check completed work. Ideal Candidate Profile: Fine detail manual production experience is preferred, or experience in a similar dexterous role. Ability to follow instructions accurately. Have excellent hand-eye coordination. Be able to read and speak English. Candidates will need to provide their own safety shoes.
