About the role
The successful applicant will be a flexible and dedicated worker. The role is predominantly Exeter based but we cover and support clients in hubs across Devon, Newton Abbot, Exeter and Barnstaple. Expenses will be paid for additional mileage where applicable.
You will be joining a friendly, supportive team who hold a wealth of knowledge and will support you in your career progression. We are very proud of the work we do. From assessing for court, to supporting on release from prison, delivering 1:1 sessions and facilitating group work, being a point of contact for service users and professionals. It's an exciting, fast-moving role which is extremely rewarding.
We are looking for someone with a knowledge of the criminal justice sector and ideally with drug and alcohol knowledge, however transferable skills would be considered.

Responsibilities of a Criminal Justice Worker
* Conduct holistic assessments that factor in the distinct needs of each individual.
* Offer personalised one-to-one support that addresses underlying challenges.
* Craft and deliver effective care packages aimed at preventing first-time offenses.
* Collaborate with a diverse array of individuals and partners to ensure comprehensive care.
* Work Hours: Primarily Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional flexibility for work outside these hours.
