Job Description
We are recruiting for compassionate Weekend Care Assistants to join our amazing team!
*Driving license essential with access to a vehicle*
*Must have the right to work in the UK - We do not offer sponsorship*
Hours:
* Saturday and Sunday: Between 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
* Saturday and Sunday: Between 4 PM - 10 PM
* Expectation of working every weekend
Responsibilities:
* Carry out minimum 1-hour visits.
* Provide introductions to all clients.
* Focus on person-centred care by building strong relationships to understand clients' needs and preferences.
* Personal care: Support clients with everyday routines such as showering, dressing, grooming, ensuring they remain healthy and independent.
* Medication support: Assist clients with their medication needs.
* Companionship: Ensure clients have social interactions daily by engaging in conversations, completing activities of their choice, and accompanying them to appointments or shopping.
* Home help: Assist with everyday tasks such as tidying, laundry, vacuuming, and meal preparation/cooking.

* Prior care experience is desired but not essential.
