Job Description TML Recruitment are partnered with a leading UK wide property practice in their search for a candidate to join their Infrastructure Services division. The division assists in delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long-lasting Infrastructure for the UK on behalf of clients across of a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.\n\nOur client prides themselves on understanding their clients’ specific requirements and industry developments, as well as maintaining and developing their professional team and continuing the development of their systems to assist in high quality service delivery. The role will be varied, including project managing from routing, through to construction and completion, and providing consultancy services associated with benchmarking, procedures and management systems.\n\nWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?\n\n * Offering specialist advice and overseeing infrastructure projects on both a local and national scale, working with key clients in sectors such as electricity and water on Major Infrastructure Projects and Asset Management programmes.\n\n * Providing land consultancy support across a range of projects, including the upkeep of existing infrastructure and the installation of new assets.\n\n * Delivering strategic guidance and professional assistance to clients in their dealings with landowners.\n\n * Undertaking land referencing, ...
