The Role We are looking for a Teacher of A-Level Design & Technology who will: * Deliver outstanding A-Level DT lessons that challenge, engage, and inspire our students' theoretical understanding, practical skills, and creative output. * Guide students in developing advanced design thinking, material selection, manufacturing techniques, and effective communication of design ideas. * Provide comprehensive academic support, including preparing students for university entrance and portfolio submissions where applicable. * Contribute to the lively extracurricular DT programme, enriching students' experiences beyond the classroom through project supervision, club leadership, or competition mentoring. * Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the DT Department and across the Sixth Form. * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported and encouraged to achieve their best.
