We have an exciting opportunity within Adult Social Care in Adults & Physical Disabilities. Qualified full time, permanent Social workers with empathy and the drive to make a difference, finding creative ways to support people to achieve what they want to and live as independently as possible in a place they call their home. We are currently seeking 4 Qualified Social Workers to cover Central Lancashire, this includes: 2 Social Workers located in Preston, 1 Social Worker located in Chorley & 1 Social Worker located in Leyland.
