This is a full-time role within a supportive school environment that places strong emphasis on pupil wellbeing, safeguarding, and pastoral care. The welfare team plays a key role in supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing, attendance, safeguarding, and day-to-day care to ensure all children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. About the Role You will provide pastoral and welfare support to pupils, helping to maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive school environment. The role involves supporting pupils with emotional wellbeing, first aid needs, behaviour support, attendance concerns, and communication with parents and carers where appropriate. You will work closely with teaching staff, safeguarding leads, and external agencies to ensure pupils receive the support they need to thrive both academically and personally.
