Overhead Crane Operator – Permanent Role Location: Westhoughton Hours: 40 hours per week (Day Shift) + Overtime at Time and a Half (Ad Hoc) We are looking for an experienced Overhead Crane Operator to join our team in Westhoughton. This is a permanent, full-time role working day shifts in a busy steel fabrication environment. Key Responsibilities: • Safely operate overhead cranes to load and unload steel materials. • Ensure all lifting operations are carried out in accordance with safety procedures. • Work closely with warehouse and production teams to meet operational targets. • Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Requirements: • Minimum 12 months’ experience operating overhead cranes. • Confident handling and moving heavy steel loads. • Good awareness of health & safety practices. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
