CCTV Manager – Drainage & Wastewater
Location: East Sussex or Essex office available
Salary: Competitive salary and package, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We are working with a well-established drainage and wastewater services contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced CCTV Manager to lead and develop their CCTV survey operations.
This is a key operational role, responsible for managing CCTV drainage teams, overseeing daily survey delivery and ensuring consistently high standards across reporting, safety and client engagement.
The Role
Managing and leading CCTV drainage survey teams across utilities, highways and commercial projects
Overseeing day-to-day operations, workload planning and survey scheduling
Ensuring CCTV surveys and reports meet required technical and client standards
Reviewing and maintaining the quality and accuracy of survey reports
Ensuring full compliance with health & safety policies, procedures and industry best practice
Acting as a point of contact for clients and liaising closely with internal operational teams
Supporting team performance, development and ongoing training where required
Requirements
Previous management or supervisory experience within CCTV drainage surveying
Proven experience overseeing CCTV survey teams and field operations
Strong understanding of drainage CCTV surveying standards and reporting
A valid UK driving licence
OS19X and/or OS21X certification (desirable)
Experience working across utilities, highways and commercial drainage projects (desirable)
Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
