Belvoir Bistro are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their dining experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a friendly atmosphere while assisting with various tasks related to food service and hospitality.
Duties
* Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
* Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
* Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
* Support bartending staff by preparing drinks and serving beverages responsibly.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
* Experience in catering services or bartending will be considered a plus.
* Strong communication skills with a passion for helping others are essential for success in this role.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
