As a Global Material Planning Lead, you will own all material planning activities for the Well Systems product line at the Montrose Centre of Excellence (COE), while driving process alignment across global hubs in Indonesia and Brazil. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure materials are delivered on time to support project execution in Montrose, Scotland.
As a Global Material Planning Lead you will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring timely release of materials into the supply chain and flagging risks to stakeholders
2. Working cross-functionally to meet project deliverables and resolve material delays
3. Owning material planning KPIs for the Montrose COE
4. Managing backlog slot planning aligned with material and capacity constraints
5. Leading launch readiness processes to address material risks for upcoming shop orders
6. Leading and developing a Global team of material planners in Montrose while aligning global teams
7. Driving process alignment across hubs in Indonesia and Brazil
8. Optimizing material plans by identifying supply risks and implementing mitigation strategies

9. Have experience in supply chain planning or sourcing
10. Have experience leading Global teams and driving performance
11. Have working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle)
12. Have strong influencing, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
13. Have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
14. Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
