Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Account Manager / Client Lead to manage tier 1 and 2 brand partnerships, primarily focused on Amazon Retail. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, aligning our solutions with their goals and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact
* Develop and execute strategic growth plans across Amazon and other marketplaces
* Analyse performance data to generate insights and identify opportunities
* Oversee campaign execution with cross-functional internal teams
* Lead regular business reviews and present results to senior stakeholders
* Mentor junior team members and support their development
* Troubleshoot and proactively resolve client challenges
About You
* 5+ years of client management experience, ideally in eCommerce or retail media
* Strong commercial acumen and experience working with C-level stakeholders
* Deep understanding of Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and retail media platforms
* Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills
* Confident communicator, skilled at simplifying complex insights
* Motivated, positive, and collaborative team player
* Agency or digital marketing background is a plus
