Production Technician - Electrical bias

Pay: £25,000 – £32,000
Labman Automation is a global, award-winning engineering company building bespoke robotic and laboratory automation systems. Due to growth, we're hiring a Product Technician with an electrical bias to join our team.
What You'll Do
o Build, wire, and test electrical assemblies
o Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
o Fault-find electrical & electro-mechanical issues
o Support testing and commissioning of products
o Work closely with engineers to improve designs
o Keep the workshop safe, tidy, and organised
What We're Looking For
* Practical experience with electrical wiring or panel build
* Confident reading electrical diagrams
* Experience with low-voltage systems, sensors & controls
* Strong attention to detail and safety
* Team player with good communication skills
* Reliable and keen to learn
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
* Automation, robotics, or electro-mechanical experience
* Basic mechanical assembly skills
* PLC or industrial controls exposure
* Engineering drawings knowledge
* Driving licence
* Electronics or technical hobbies
