We're looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Operations Coordinator, someone
who can keep the wheels turning behind the scenes and help make sure our business is
seen, heard and followed.
What you'll be doing
This is a varied, fast-paced role that blends organisation with creativity. You'll:
* Support Directors and our Operations team, helping manage office life, support
compliance, and keep our systems and reports up to date, as well as general
administrative support
* Be the main point of contact for our strategic communications agency, making
sure the latest news, successes and updates from our team are shared
externally
* Support us in continually passing the latest audits, staying ahead of innovations
in systems and compliance
* Help plan and coordinate photography, events and CSR initiatives that showcase
our people and culture
What we're looking for
You'll be the kind of person who loves both detail and creativity, isn't afraid to use your
initiative and share fresh ideas, and is just as happy working with a busy operational
team as you are delving deep into systems and compliance. Ideally, you'll bring:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in operations, with interest in marketing support
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail
* A friendly, approachable style that builds trust with colleagues and partners
* An eagerness to learn from others and quickly build new skills
