The role
will involve professional challenge and advocating on behalf of Gypsy/Traveller children and families as well as building bridges between the Gypsy/Traveller community and the Local Authority. You will be required to deliver culturally informed training and providing advice and guidance to schools, governors, LA officers and other agencies.
You will support our sector leading work raising awareness of the Armed Forces Covenant and ensuring children of service families are treated fairly and do not face any disadvantage.
Do you have:
1. The ability and drive to take an already successful service even higher.

3. Excellent people skills.
4. Experience of working with vulnerable learners and partner agencies to improve outcomes.
5. Knowledge of safeguarding processes and attendance issues.
6. Excellent personal and communication skills
7. The ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for your own work.
8. Relevant qualifications such as a Degree, NVQs, professional qualifications.
