Medlicott Motors Ltd is looking for a skilled and reliable Full-Time Mechanic to join our busy and growing team. At Medlicott Motors, we put our customers first. With over 10 years of experience in mechanical and auto electrical services, we proudly repair and service all makes and models of vehicles to a high standard, while ensuring the customer is fully involved at every turn.

Responsibilities:
1. Carry out general vehicle servicing, MOT repairs, routine maintenance, including oil changes and tyre replacements.
2. Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other components.
3. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within the agreed time frame.
4. Keep detailed records of all work conducted and parts used on bookings.
5. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, vehicle care, or advisories.
6. Ensure your station and the workshop are kept organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a mechanic, with good working knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive mechanics (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred).
* Valid UK driving license.
Schedule:
* Full-Time: 42.5 hours per week (8:30 am – 5 pm)
* Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts available.
