Job Description Summary
We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Global Investors & Listed, Real Estate and Housing team. This role focuses on structuring and executing commercial real estate loans across various asset classes, working on fast-paced, market-leading transactions with a team of Relationship Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advising on the structure of commercial real estate loan transactions.
2. Reviewing term sheets and negotiating loan documentation.
3. Liaising with legal counsel regarding documentation.
4. Reviewing real estate due diligence and NDAs.
5. Developing and maintaining precedent documentation.
6. Organising and delivering training sessions.
7. Providing advice on structuring, documentation, and execution issues.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience with high-value commercial real estate loans using LMA REF precedents.
2. Background in real estate finance, whether as a lawyer, in-house, or in transaction management.
3. Strong relationship management skills.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to manage a challenging workload with resilience and adaptability.
