TEMP - Executive Support Assistant 💷 £13.50 - £16.00 Per Hour 📍 Cullompton As Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Group Managing Director and Senior Leadership team. This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities: Managing diaries, organising meetings, and handling general administration. Screening calls, emails, and enquiries, responding where appropriate. Preparing correspondence and liaising with customers on behalf of the Group Managing Director. Coordinating monthly meetings, including agendas, room bookings, catering and welcoming visitors. Attending meetings to take minutes and circulate actions. Managing email and correspondence related to organisational activities. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as required. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
