The role
They have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Insight Officer to join their Customer Insight Team who are responsible for driving customer satisfaction across the organisation.
A key part of the role is to ensure the customers voice is at the heart of what they do. You will listen to their customers and your colleagues, and using a data driven approach, help to shape and develop services across the organisation to improve the customer experience.
