Salary: £24,860.25 - £26.622.00
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (September Start)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead engaging activities – from arts & crafts to life skills and community outings.
* Empower independence – support daily living skills, personal care, and choice-making.
* Encourage social connections – help individuals build confidence and friendships.
* Promote inclusion – ensure everyone gets involved in ways that suit their abilities.
* Be a friendly face – providing warmth, encouragement, and a can-do attitude every day.
