We’re hiring an enterprise experienced Strategic Accounts Manager for an international rewards business entering a period of rapid growth following investment.
The role centres on maximising and expanding a small number of enterprise partnerships in the entertainment sector, including three core accounts rolling out internationally this year.
This is a hybrid role combining:
* Revenue growth across existing enterprise clients.
* Identifying and developing new partnership opportunities.
* Ensuring longterm customer success and satisfaction.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Comes from enterprise Account Management with exposure to Partnerships or Customer Success.
* Has worked with enterprise, high-value clients in entertainment or adjacent sectors.
* Is commercially minded and focused on account growth rather than new-logo hunting.
* Enjoys operating in a varied, less rigid role with scope to shape partnerships.
* Is confident engaging senior stakeholders across complex accounts.
