Location: Midlands or Manchester (Hybrid)
I am currently working with a leading UK law firm that is looking to appoint a Project Lead to join its Projects & Innovation team. This role will play a key part in delivering complex, cross-functional change programmes that support the firm’s strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to scope, plan and deliver significant transformation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and enhance the delivery of legal services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the delivery of complex change and transformation projects across the firm
* Working with senior stakeholders to scope, plan and prioritise strategic initiatives
* Implementing and maintaining best practice project management frameworks
* Managing project budgets, timelines and governance to ensure successful delivery
* Supporting departments across the firm in identifying and delivering their change roadmaps
* Collaborating with technology, operational and leadership teams to implement firm-wide initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience delivering complex projects, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile, APM or similar)
* A proven track record of delivering operational efficiencies and business transformation initiatives
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects through to successful completion
